The Young Executive Leadership Academy™ (YELA) is a STEM, data analytics, and AI-based leadership development program designed to prepare high-potential students for real world leadership and professional environments.

YELA goes beyond academics by exposing students to executive-level thinking, ethical decision-making, career pathways, and community responsibility. Through mentorship, immersive learning, and engagement with industry leaders, scholars develop the confidence, discipline, and strategic mindset required to lead with purpose.
